Wilkes-Barre is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Wilkes-Barre follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had a great experience at the Wilkes-Barre Mavis location. Justin at the front desk was very helpful. My technician was excellent — he took the time to explain what he was doing, taught me about my car, and even gave me advice on upcoming maintenance I should consider. He was very knowledgeable and patient, and I appreciate that so much! Getting an appointment was easy. They were very accommodating. There was a small mix-up that they fixed right away and even issued a refund without any hassle. Everyone I dealt with was great. I really appreciate the professionalism and would recommend them.

One of my back plates was pressing up against my rotor and I heard a noise coming from my tire because of it. When I took it in, the service was great, staff was down to earth and personable and very quick too. They identified the problem and fixed it right away. I only spent about 30-45 min in there. I was expecting to be charged for the labor, but was very surprised and they sent me on my way. Great experience, would definitely recommend. I will be returning here with any future problems i might have.
